Some fun with hair sticks

I wanted to play with wood a little bit today and so I made some hair sticks out of Juniper twigs. Juniper is a nice, hardish wood that has some beautiful coloring in it. Only a couple of these sticks really show the color that Juniper is capable of, but it was still a fun project. Here's a couple of them. I really have to learn how to take better pictures of things like this.
