So, I tried that corn cob jelly/syrup thing. Not really my cup of tea. I opted to go with syrup since we're really not a jelly type family. It just tasted sweet. Not like honey, or at least not like my raw honey, no real flavor, just sweet. I'm really not that into sweet. So added some mint from the garden and let it set a bit. Now it's minty sweet. Kinda weird, but I think the kids will eat it on pancakes. They'll eat most anything. :)
It was fun experiment, but I don't think I'll try again.
