First Christmas present done
I actually got a Christmas present done. Woohoo for me! I made a pair of slippers for my grandmother. She loves these handmade slippers with the pompoms. I made them with a super bulky wool yarn and they are soooo soft and comfy. I think I am going to add some shelf liner or something to the bottoms though. She's a bit frail anymore and I really wouldn't like her to slip in her kitchen.

Those are really pretty. I make crocheted slippers for nursing home patients who are wheelchair bound or bedridden. They're warm and soft unlike most slippers you buy.
