The turkey has been soaking in the brine for a couple of days now and we're going to cook her up on the bbq. It gives a wonderful, smokey flavor and that goes great with the brine I use. Also having mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, gravy, biscuits and a veggie. Then comes the pumpkin pie!
